Squatter toilet at the convent. Note that there is no flushing mechanism. See that red pail in the pink bucket? Well, you scoop some water and toss it into the toilet, and that is a human-powered flushing mechanism right there.

 

So far, I've only peed in squatter toilets...thank god.
