Proud Mum ....

to four baby blackbird chicks who fledged the nest on Saturday ... but have returned to the red robin tree which they seem to like sitting in, mum is still around watching over them and bringing food .... I suppose that they will eventually move on when they are ready ! .... does anyone know if this is the norm when they first fledge ? .... :)
