At this December 3, 2010 event, Jim Grusecki received a plaque from Jon DeVries honoring the establishment of the Northern Builders, Inc. Scholarship for Future Leaders in Industrial Real Estate. The scholarship will provide two $5,000 scholarships per year, to be awarded in collaboration with SIOR, through the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate. We are seeking applicants for fall, 2011.
