On December 3, The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors/Chicago Chapter awarded a $3,000 scholarship to one of our MSRE students-Tim Stoeckel. Tim is a Project Manager for Summit Design + Build, LLC. where he is currently supervising a construction of a LEED Certified cold storage facility. This is the fifth year in a row the SIOR has awarded a scholarship to one of the students nominated by the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate.
