Building instruction 3085 for truck

HELP needed: anyone familiar with this building instruction? Bought it in Belgium, it seems sixties, althougd the number - 3085 - doesn't rely to anything I know. No series of leaflets, no regular sets. And the model is rather simple, rudimentair; nothing special, so not late sixties I think. It seems rather original according to the printing factory.
