The Stone
Local legend has it that the cross in this stone appeared after a lightning strike. Prior to that moment it was just another rock near a cottage. On seeing the transformation, the property owner transported the stone to it's present location and waited for the miracles to begin. Many local folk won't speak of the stone. Probably because they don't know about it. Or because there is some doubt about the validity of the signature of Mother Teresa rumoured to be on the underside. Regardless; let there be rock!
This shot is just the stone as it sits. I may use the image later to create something different; as it seems a subject well suited to use as an element in something weird and wonderful.
