Kindheitserinnerungen - Childhood memories

Dieser alte Schienenbus aus den 1960er Jahren war schon immer mein Liebling auf der kleinen Modelleisenbahnanlage, die mein Paps damals für mich - oder doch wohl eher für sich - gebaut hatte. Diese Anlage gibt es schon lange nicht mehr, aber den Schienenbus und ein paar der kleinen Tiere wie das Pferdchen habe ich als Andenken behalten.

Und natürlich gehören zu meinen Kindheitserinnerungen alte Bücher wie "Fridolin, die kleine Ente", "Froschkönig" in Schreibschrift oder das dicke, bereits leicht zerfledderte Märchenbuch "Im weiten bunten Märchenland".

 

This old rail bus from the 1960s has always been my favourite on the small model railway layout that my dad built for me - or rather for himself. This layout no longer exists, but I have kept the railway bus and a few of the little animals like the horse as memories.

And, of course, my childhood memories include old books such as ‘Fridolin, the little duck’, ‘Frog King’ in cursive or the big, already slightly tattered fairy-tale book ‘In the wide, colourful fairy-tale land’.
