Terracing a sloping garden

These photos show the finished garden after the terracing work is complete. After the retaining walls were constructed, the ground was raised to the new levels with topsoil and a new lawn laid. A large deck at the lower end of the garden provides an ample entertaining area and raisning the shed also allows easy access. A small amount of planting along the left side adds to the interest without creating too much maintenance.
