Here on the footing we can see obvious rodent droppings, as well as an old snap trap that had been placed prior to Cascade Pest Control. General contractors often leave the cardboard "forms" from when they pour the concrete footings, but this cellulose debris can be a food source for ants as well as nesting material for rodents. We remove this during our crawlspace cleanout service.
