Good Morning Portland

The humans built something to stare at Mt. Hood. Mt. Hood stares right back.

 

Sunrise from Rocky Butte in Portland, Oregon. For Sliders Sunday. I shot this pretty dark and then added a graduated ND filter in post to make the sky match the ground. I'm not sure I like this because the sky can't be this dark even when it's only a few minutes after the sun is up.
