Snow is a rarity here, though it does happen. But snow like this? It's even more rare. So no surprise people would be out and about like it's a normal day though we are ill equipped to handle such extreme weather. Yes, I'm in with this bunch to, though not by personal choice, so I made the best of it and made it a day out.
