The concept behind this image is to show the disappointment of a girl waiting for her date, who has most likely stood her up. The clock represents the time wasted. And the candles signify that they were going to have a romantic, candle lit dinner. Not all of us have had this happen, but it sucks. No one likes rejection, or to be forgotten about.
