"Victory Programs opens doors to recovery, hope and community to individuals and families facing homelessness, addiction or other chronic illnesses.
Founded in 1975, Victory Programs is a Boston-based non-profit that provides housing and innovative, comprehensive direct care services to individuals and families with specialized needs. The majority of our clients are homeless, dealing with substance use disorders, mental illness and other chronic conditions such as HIV/AIDS or Hepatitis C. Many of our clients are women caring for small children and most are homeless upon admission." Description taken from www.vpi.org
