added this image to my tutorialto be sure the sub-unit rectangle placement order is checked before sewing the 8 parts together to make a 12.5 block and ensure the secondary star pattern works out when joining those blocks together.
The center Tassel Stars are easy to spot but those corner partial spikes need attention so they are aiming the right way.
