Manuka or Tea Tree

native to New Zealand and Australia, Manuka is famous for its honey with antibacterial and antifungal properties. Suprisingly enough, the honey is cheap in New Zealand and can be found in abundance in any supermarket and health store. In Australia Manuka honey is rather expensive and very rare.
