My essential supplies for creating:

I sketched these out, first in pencil, then over the pencil with black pen. Finally shaded in with Prismacolor pencils (aka pencil crayons. I rarely sketch, but I really wanted to give it a try for Idea3, and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out!

Done
