Heaven On Earth (Carson Pass Wildflowers)
I wanted to fast forward a little bit to my final evening spent in the Lake Tahoe area. Although I have plenty more to share, I guess I will just have to come back to them later. While I was out at emerald bay earlier in the morning, I met a some other very nice photographers. One of them was Rachid who has some incredible shots of the Lake Tahoe area (which you can see by clicking his name) told me I had to make it up to Carson Pass for the wildflowers. Taking his advice, I decided to head out that evening to see what I could find. About two miles into the hike I came across the most beautiful wildflowers I had ever seen! The purples, pinks, reds and yellows were absolutely amazing. I hope you can catch a glimpse from this shot of what it felt like to be in such an amazing place. The hike back was well....... Ah that it is a whole other story that I won't get into.
