He's baaacckkk! My little Pacific-slope Flycatcher friend is back! He and his gal made a nest in my carport and while she sits on the eggs, he goes out and catches grub for her. I watched him bang his beak on a branch to kind of mush things up a bit before he gobbled it down. He is such a cutie and I'm glad he forgave me for getting one of his "children" to sit on my finger a few months ago.Now he has a new family and he watches me to make sure I don't get stupid again! I was only about 3 feet from him when he posed for this shot.
