Quick Draw McGraw!
Went to Atascadero Lake this afternoon to escape the smoke. It was sunny for a few hours, then the smoke caught up with us. at least I got a couple of good shots in before the sky turned dark.
This Snowy Egret kept hopping around in the water to stir up the fish, then SNAP! Grabbed the fish and after adjusting to go down the right way, swallowed it whole!
