Sulphur
This male Clouded Sulphur (aka Common Sulphur) is nectaring on a Spotted Knapweed. Clouded Sulphurs exhibit sexual dimorphism; the female's wings are whitish above, the male's yellowish with strong dark borders. In this picture, the wings' undersides are shown, but the dark border from the topside still shows through.
Spotted Knapweed is a non-native wildflower that can become invasive, but the butterflies and other insects seem to like them.
