Aspen Gold

The Aspen trees were just nearing their peak of fall color at Bear Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado. In other areas of the park, the leaves were only beginning to change color. The leaves in the foreground, at the center, bottom edge of the picture are young Aspen trees that have not yet changed color.
