Lake Michigan 2
Lake Michigan is the third largest of the five Great Lakes (by surface area). It's the only one with its shores entirely in the United States; the others share a border with Canada.
Sharing coastline with Michigan are the States of Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. Sandy shores and great sand dunes line the Michigan shore. Swimming, boating, fishing, and other recreational events make the entire coastline a major tourist destination.
