"It's Getting Crowded in Here"

African Greater Flamingoes (Phoenicopterus ruber roseus) are very widespread in Africa, and in Pakistan, India and southern Europe.

 

In captivity they can live for about 60 years. Reportedly, in January 2014, the oldest known Greater Flamingo died in the Adelaide Zoo, Australia at the age of 83.
