Big thanks to my friend Dominik Souhrada for interview. I hope our cooperation will be better and better. And now little translate text:
Dominik "Dies" Souhrada is member of Freerun slovakia (www.3runslovakia.com/). He does parkour, free running and workout. "What is free running ?" It´s are of movement, run over barriers (buildings, stones). Belong there climbing and strengthening, too. Dominik does free running already 4 years. Everyone who want to start free running be should find some person which does free running because it´s hard sport.
