Information design piece. I took IMDB.com's top 250 movies and related them to their genres. I really liked the idea of composing the information in a circular form, and continued that idea through the color coded genres at the bottom. Each line is proportional and parallel to the circle that holds the text above, and the lines are sized according to how many films are in that decade, similar to a line chart.
PS, I make info-graphics every week for my job and sources for your information is key. The data has changed by now so citing the date it was collected on is important here.
