She and he
Gustav Vigeland's bronze sculpture of male and female, interlocked in a position evocative of the concepts of yin and yang. With the shadows of two random strangers, also a man and woman, falling directly at its base. I did not plan this ahead of time. That is, they had no idea, and were not in on the shot. I just kept my eyes open, positioned myself properly, and caught it at the right moment.
Taken with my Olympus OM-D with the 12-50mm M.Zuiko lens, hand-held, with a Hoya circular polarizing filter, which helps reinforce the yin and yang motif, emphasizing the sky's shift from light into deep blue, and the foreground's from soft into bright light.
Thanks again, everyone, for your continued views, comments, and favorites. And especially for all of the recent Explore love -- it is all greatly appreciated!
