Latourell Falls

This wonderful Columbia Gorge gem was, thankfully, spared by the recent wildfire. The farthest west of the iconic gorge falls, Latourell drops 224 feet over a columnar basalt cliff. One of its most characteristic features is the deep yellow lichen growing on the cliff walls alongside it, adding some real fall color no matter what the season.
