Tuolumne Falls

The biggest drop in the Tuolumne River's long, downward plunge from the Yosemite high country, thundering over countless granite steps on its way down to Hetch Hetchy, where much of it gets drawn off to become the drinking water for the city of San Francisco. This is along the Pacific Crest Trail, between Tuolumne Meadows and the Glen Aulin High Sierra Camp. Taken on a very sunny midsummer's day with my OM-D E-M5, 12-50mm lens, with screw-on Tiffen .8 ND and circular polarizing filters, at 1/5 second, hand-held.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend, wherever in the world you might be.
