Koosah Blue & Green
Koosah Falls, along the McKenzie River in the Cascade Range of central Oregon. Looking head-on from above on a pretty sunny day at midsummer. This is about as low as this waterfall gets, as this has been a very dry year, and nearly all of the state is currently experiencing serious drought. This vertical block fall has been most recently measured at 64 feet (19.5 meters) which, while modest in height, when combined with its powerful average volume of 600 cubic feet per second has made this an epic destination for big-waterfall kayakers.
