The Louvre & the Sky

Looking up at the Denon Wing above the pyramid, as wild skies and golden hour morning light bathe the museum in color. A lot of people find this place overwhelming, and I can understand that. But for some reason I have always felt at home when I visit, and am drawn to the the outside almost as much as to what it contains within. Almost.
