Vanilla Skies Over Málaga

Late afternoon on a winter's day as the sun goes down towards the Sierra de las Nieves, along the southern coast of Spain. As seen from the heights of the old Moorish fortress, the appropriately named Gibralfaro, ("gibral" = mountain, "faro" = light). The name dates from ancient times, when there was a constant fire lit on the hillside to guide the ships out at sea into Málaga's harbor.
