THE_DIAGNOSIS

The core biopsies from the mass in the renal transplant are nondiagnostic in that the sample contains only necrotic tissue and a definitive diagnosis cannot be rendered. Based on the architecture of the tissue it seems that the interstitium and tubules are involved by necrotic cells that cannot be further characterized.
