It's a delicate thing...[Explored]

355/365 - Our Daily Challenge - "Resolution":

 

I don't really believe in New Year's resolutions, but that doesn't mean I have no goals. One of them is to continue to strive for better a balance in life. It seems to be getting harder, not easier and I'm not sure why. It doesn't take much to upset the delicate balance between responsibility and pleasure and, before I know it, things are toppling over. Part of the problem is my very loose grasp on the concept of time. For me it's very fluid...it gets away from me. My husband, the concrete thinking engineer has a hard time understanding that. lol... I love this little quote by the man who wrote "Everything I need to know, I learned in kindergarten":

 

"Be aware of wonder. Live a balanced life. Learn some and think some and draw and paint and sing and dance and play and work every day some." (Robert Fulghum)

 

Can I get an "amen"? :)

 

PS No photoshop "magic" was used to create this image. Be impressed....and I won't tell you how much of that precious time I wasted playing with the Scrabble tiles. :)
