Golden Pheasant Tibbets, suitably distressed by the Hound. There is no 10sec. rule, if it touches down it is fair game.

Macro bokeh, a material called crystal braid, you should be able to pick some up from any good fishing tackle shop, this is from Orvis.

 

The tibbets come from around the neck of the bird, and are used in groups on the tail of an artificial fly
