Kodak premo No 9 4x5 (manufactured 1913-23) . 170mm f6.3 Kodak Anastigmat lens. Fomapan 100 in microphen. Or at least it was developed as fomapan 100 it looks grainy it may actually be fomapan retro 320 and I mixed the film holders up ! Fomapan 100 has no film id on the sheet
