the girl within has been missing in action for a while. the body has been around with a shaodow of my former self within.

 

yeah, all a little deep, I know. when my mum became ill all my focus was on keeping everyone strong and being a good son. that was a hard few months. When she passed, nothing changed because dad now needed me to be strong.

and so Helen took a backstep. although she was still about.

Now dad has gone, Helen is creeping back the glint in her eyes is beginning to show and she is laughing again.
