OK I cannot complain about how I look although I will lol. So many haven't been graced with a good start point and they probably will never achieve the image they see in their heads.
I still do it although it's less often nowadays, I normally suffer more when I have been cruising flickr and Instagram seeing all those younger girls who look perfect or those who are transitioning and are really becoming the woman they are.
It's the last group that gets me thinking and one of those thoughts is one of being left behind. How daft is that? I still have those what if thoughts, the what have I missed thoughts or what am I missing.
Reality soon kicks and i realise like most of us we have to make do with what what we have, do the best we can and remember we are no less valid because we don't match up to what we think we should.
Yeah I know easy for me to say.
