a bit red faced

This made me think a bit today.

 

Basically i wondered how the population of trans people is divided up by race?

 

I did a quick google search for transgender images and crossdressing images, Oddly both threw up slightly different results as to what was classed as trans, more on that later.

 

What sort of surprised me was the total lack of coloured people that showed up in the searches. Now I know that's obvious after all just look at any of the groups we are in and it tells the same story.

Apart from two girls who i follow on here all the other people of colour were famous people.

 

So the question I suppose I am asking is this. Are white people more likely to be crossdressers? or is it just a numbers game? If more white people cross dress or are trans than why do so many POC end up murdered compared to white people.

 

Lets face it we know the answer to the question and that's what makes it all the more important to discuss.

 

If anyone knows the breakdown of the trans population by race i would love to hear from you.
