I am truly astounded and humbled by all the wonderful comments I have received over these past few days and by those Flickr mails I have been sent.

 

I promise I shall reply in due course.

 

My relationship with social media is very much a love hate one and more often than not I feel it would be best to move on and disappear like so many before me have.

 

But then I read your comments and it all then becomes clear and worthwhile. Not just because of the praise I receive (who doesn't like an ego boost?) but also how this woman who came from nowhere touches the lives of others and inspires people to do as I have done. The thought that my posting help girls find themselves and maybe start to walk in the real world giving them courage to be who they need to be means so much to me.

 

I remember following the IT girls wishing that I could be like them wondering how they got so many views for a photo let alone favs and comments. And I also remember feeling part of their world just because I made a comment or faved a photo and the elation I felt when occasionally I would get a reply back.

 

Still get that feeling even when its from people I know and have met,

 

Anyway I have gone of on a sort of tangent like I do.

 

Once again deep from my heart thank you so very much for being part of my world my life and making Helen real :-)
