not blond

I decided to go dark with this dress as the blond would have washed me out terribly and I wanted a slightly shorter hairstyle.

 

I really must find a period hairstyle.

 

This is one off dresses that doesn't look that great in photos but seen in real life it tell a completely different story. Seems like this style is coming back in I have about four or five wrap around dresses now and they seem to be getting more 1930/40s inspired something I am of course all for. I need to sort some better shoes to go with dress as I can see me wearing it a lot this summer. it might even make it into my packing for sparkle this year.

 

seems like the idea of a picnic on the lawn of some manor house went down well with some. wouldn't it be a fab thing to do as a group of us girls?
