Rails-to-Trails path

A project of the Rails-to-Trails Conservancy (www.railstrails.org), this 8.5-mile gravel path is built on a former railroad bed. I ride my mountain bike here a lot and usually have it to myself, or nearly so. In the background is a modern covered bridge that now stands on the site of an old railroad trestle over a small creek.
