My goal for today was to make a Caramel 3 Layer Birthday Cake. I thought I had purchased all the ingredients yesterday, but alas I had to make a quick trip to the grocery store this morning for a couple of items. I even got to do a good deed and gave Cort a jump. I got the cake made and Darek got home in time to help me with the icing. It's not the prettiest cake but if the taste of the badder and icing are any indication...it will taste great.
