The shop called this morning and said they accept responsibility for the damage to our windshield. I took it in and was told it would take about 2 hours so I decided to take a walk in the area. About 1 1/2 hours into the walk I got a call saying the car couldn't be driven for 4 hours so the window could set. I had them send a shuttle car to take me home. They picked me up later in the afternoon and I got the car.
