Scalping Season Too

There is not a grass known that will grow in both the extreme heat of the desert summer and the cooler weather of winter. Thus the grass is scalped (mowed down to the dirt) and re-seeded. This causes lots of dust and people with alergies hate it. But I guess it has to be done!
