De Luca Menswear. A store for stylish menswear with 3 apartments above each of a different style. The scene is set sometime in the early 1960's and is reflected in some of the furniture pieces and the car design. Like some of my previous builds it is accessible from the rear and has hinged bedrooms. It is based on no particular building but is of a 1920/1930's Art Deco design.
