Pulao(Pilaf) with egg curry

This one is my mother's recipe... fragrant and rich with spices such as ghee, saffron, nutmeg, mace, cardamom, cinnamon, cumin, coriander, tumeric, chile, dried nuts and fruits. She usually makes it on special occasions espcially for her son-in-law:-)
