Misti Doi (Sweet Yogurt/curd from Bengal)

I know most of my south Indian friends (including my husband) cannot think of the idea of eating sweet curd/yogurt! But this is a real delicacies in Bengal! We generally get this from the corner sweet shops in a earthen pot (matka) which makes it thicker without any tapioca starch or any other thickening agents!

 

Anyway, it is not difficult to make at home and here is the recipe:
