Hilsa Fish

One of the delicacies of Bengal and Eastern India is Hilsa or Ilish fish! I was preparing to steam it in banana leaf with mustard-coconut paste! In Bengali it is called "paturi" - I guess the word originated from pata (leaf) . It is similar to Parsi dish called Patrani macchi".
