Fish cutlet wih chai

We made this couple of nights ago when it was cold and rainy out side! This is a Bengali style fish cutlet (macche'r chop). In Bengal, they make with local fish called Bhetk (Lates calcarifer). Pretty easy to make with canned tuna...

For those who are interested, here is the recipe:

one can of tuna

Two medium sized boiled potatoes

minced onion (half a cup)

one tablespoon of ginger and garlic(grated)

coriander (cilantro) leaves (some)

salt to taste

one egg

bread crumb

Oil to fry

Mixed all the spices, potatoes and fish together. You can shape them like small ball or flat. dip them in egg batter and then roll them in bread crumb. Fry them in a shallow pan or in Kadhai.
