The tower screen , the church clock and this tablet were put in the church as thank offerings to God for Victory, Peace and the safe return of those who were spared also in affectionate remembrance of those who made the Great Sacrifice

Pte Thomas Bentley S Staffs killed May 14 1917 at Ypres aged 32 R.I.P

Col. Henry Arthur Clowes Staffs Yeomanary died March 8. 1916 at Cairo aged 48. R.I.P flic.kr/p/6JHZ39

Pte Arthur Sidney Goodall,Grenadier Guards killed 19 May 1915 at Bethune aged 21 R.I.P

Pte Herbert Wilfred Smith , Sherwoods, killed September 18, 1917 at Paaschendale aged 28.R.I.P

Capt. George Francis Augustus Vernon, Derbyshire Yeomanry died March 11. 1915 at Malta aged 27. R.I.P
